Premier League trio monitoring Barcelona starlet

Premier League trio of Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool are understood to be tracking the status of Barcelona starlet Antonio Sanabria.

  • The 17-year-old Paraguayan sensation,who has been capped twice at the international level, has a £2.5m release clause in his current contract with the Catalans, and the Daily Star reports that the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City could try and activate the clause in the player's contract during the January transfer window.<br />

    Meanwhile, reports in Spain suggest that Barcelona boss Gerardo Martino is keen on securing the services of Sanabria at the Camp Nou and wants to sign the youth star new contract as soon as possible.<br />

    Spanish clubs are not allowed to offer a professional contract to any player below the age of 18.
