Lyon's 24-year-old captain Maxime Gonalons will make a move to Napoli in the January transfer window. Napoli manager Rafa Benitez is desperate to bring in the French international next month.

Gonalons, who currently captains Lyon, has decided to make a transfer elsewhere and has attracted the interest of several European teams in the past.<br />

Napoli have reportedly had a 12 million Euro bid accepted for the player and he will fly to Italy for contract talks next week.<br />

The creative midfielder, who has six caps for France, has just 18 months left on his current deal with Lyon.
