Cardiff City are close to wrapping up a deal for 23-year-old midfielder Magnus Wolff Eikrem from Dutch side Heerenveen. The Norway international is set to be Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's first signing for the Bluebirds.
Eikrem, who spent his young career playing for Manchester United before moving to Molde to join Solskjaer in 2011, has starred since making a move to Heerenveen last summer. However, Eikrem is looking forward to reuniting with his former coach at Molde, Solskjaer, and thus a deal will be wrapped up in the coming three days.<br />
Heerenveen have already accepted a 3 million Euro bid from the Welsh outfit.
