Atletico Madrid interested in Egyptian forward

Atletico Madrid have become the latest clubs for Basel’s Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah. The 21 year old has been an impressive performer for the club especially in the Champions League where he scored twice against Chelsea.

Swiss newspaper Basler Zeitung are reporting that the Madrid side have joined the queue for a player considered to be of great potential.<br />

Atletico have joined the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United as well as Bundesliga duo Bayer Leverkusen and Wolfsburg and Russian side Zenit St. Petersburg.<br />

Salah who joined Basel in 2012 has made 78 appearances scoring 20 goals in all competitions.
