Sunderland linked with move for Mariano Andujar

10 January 2014 - 08:21

Sunderland manager Gus Poyet is contemplating a move for Catania goalkeeper Mariano Andujar. The Black Cats have sent scouts to check on the Argentinian keeper in action.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • The Argentinian international, 30 years old, has spent the last four years in Italy playing for Catania and prior to that played back in his homeland for Estudiantes and Huracan.

The player will make a move to the Stadium of Light in a deal worth approximately 5 million Euros.
