Ecuadorian set for Valencia

Ecuador striker Felipe Caicedo is set to return to Spanish football with a six month loan spell at Valencia. Caicedo has previously experienced La Liga in the colors of Malaga and Levante before moving to Russia with Lokomotiv Moscow.

  • Los Che have made signing a striker their priority this summer and after a move for Eduardo Vargas of Napoli fell through over transfer fee the club have turned to Caicedo.<br />

    Caicedo on the other hand has confirmed that he wants to move to Spain, telling Radio Valencia that he has made this move his priority.<br />

    In this previous spell in Spain the 25 year old made 45 league appearances scoring 17 goals.
