Ecuadorian set for Valencia

Ecuador striker Felipe Caicedo is set to return to Spanish football with a six month loan spell at Valencia. Caicedo has previously experienced La Liga in the colors of Malaga and Levante before moving to Russia with Lokomotiv Moscow.

  • Los Che have made signing a striker their priority this summer and after a move for Eduardo Vargas of Napoli fell through over transfer fee the club have turned to Caicedo.


    Caicedo on the other hand has confirmed that he wants to move to Spain, telling Radio Valencia that he has made this move his priority.


    In this previous spell in Spain the 25 year old made 45 league appearances scoring 17 goals.
