• According to the Bosman rule, a player is able to speak to foreign clubs abroad when they have entered the final six months of their contract deal. Tom Ince has long been linked with a move to some of the Premier League's biggest sides but so far Blackpool have rejected all approaches for their star asset.
With Blackpool resigned to the fact that they will be losing the winger in the summer, it appears that Monaco are ready to win the battle for his coveted signature.
Ince has instructed his agent to enter talks with the Ligue 1 title chasing hopefuls.
