Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain have again linked with a move for Newcastle United midfielder Yohan Cabaye. The 28 year old has been in excellent form this season and has scored seven league goals for the club.
Current PSG boss Laurent Blanc has previously worked with Cabaye while in charge of French National team and is a known admirer of the playmaker.
Speaking about the player Blanc had this to say.
“As for Cabaye, I ask myself the question. I know the man well. He has that kind of character. But there are others.
"We're very happy with his team, but with all the competitions we're in, there are going to be some breakages."
The former Lille captain is under contract till 2016 at St. James’ Park; however some media outlets have reported that the two clubs have agreed a fee of 26 million euros.
