Everton have completed the signing of AS Monaco's Ivorian striker Lacina Traore on loan for the rest of the season.
The Merseyside club have been working out a deal to sign the lanky forward since the start of the winter, as they try to seal a Champions League qualification spot next season.
The Toffees confirmed the news on their official website revealing that the 'Gentle Giant' would join the club having been granted a work permit on Tuesday.
Earlier this week, there were doubts over the move, following a serious knee injury to star striker Radamel Falcao, who looks set to be sidelined for the remainder of the campaign.
