Xavi not quitting Barcelona

Barcelona midfielder Xavi has laughed off reports that he will be making a move to Qatar or to the MLS, instead insisting that he is very happy to stay at the Camp Nou.

Xavi has reportedly been the subject of fierce interest from some of the world's biggest sides but apparently the Spain international wants to stay put.

"I'm not going to Qatar or New York, I want to finish my contract with Barca. I'm staying here, I feel important and useful," said the creative midfielder.
