Fulham are set to make a new transfer offer for Sunderland defender Phil Bardsley, according to Sky Sports.
The Black Cats turned down a £1m bid for their defender from the Cottagers last week, as he is considered a regular started at the Wearside under manager Gus Poyet.
Sky Sports reports that the former Manchester United man will be the subject of a fresh bid from the West London outfit before the 11pm transfer deadline, as manager Rene Meulensteen is keen on signing reliable defensive options.
Bardsley's current deal with the Black Cats expires in the summer.
