The Spaniard was linked with a move to Cardiff City since the start of the winter transfer window, but Wigan boss Uwe Rosler revealed that Ramis was in talks over a transfer to the Eagles.



Latest reports claim that the former Mallorca man will not join the Premier League outfit, after he failed a medical.



Ramis joined the Latics from Mallorca in the summer of 2012.
