Napoli to make bid for keeper Pepe Reina

Napoli are hoping to agree a permanent transfer for Spanish goalkeeper Pepe Reina. The player is currently on loan from Liverpool until the end of the season.

Barcelona were amongst the team's that had expressed some interest in Reina, but it is understood that Napoli are officially in pole position to wrap up a deal for the keeper. Napoli are set to agree a fee of approximately 8. 25 million euros for Reina and the Spaniard will sign a four year deal at the Serie A title chasing side.
