Leverkusen agree deal for Brazilian full back

Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen have agreed a deal with Brazilian club Gremio to sign full back Wendell. The full back will join the club as soon as his club gets knocked out of Copa Libertadores.

    L’Equipe report that Leverkusen are set to pay 5.5 million euros for the talented defender.



    Wendell prior to joining Gremio last summer played for lower division clubs Iraty, Londrina and Parana. However he has made 15 appearances for the club this season and has established himself as a first team regular.
