Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur look set to have a summer transfer bidding war for the services of Burnley striker Danny Ings.
The  21-year-old, who has had an excellent season for Burnley, was named the Championship’s Player of the Year last weekend, having notched up 25 goals for the Lancashire outfit so far.
Â
According to The Daily Mail, Tottenham have joined the likes of Liverpool, West Ham United and Stoke City in the race for the player's signature and are understood to have sent scouts to monitor the progress of the former Bournemouth man.
Â
However, a bid is yet to be made by any of the clubs, as they are not sure as to whether the talented England Under-21 international could adapt to life in the top tier.
Â
Ings joined the Clarets from Bournemouth in the summer of 2011.
