Arsenal could finally secure the services of French defensive midfielder Yann M’Vila in the summer transfer window.
The Gunners had been linked with a switch for the talented French star over the past few years, and there were instances when the midfielder looked certain to join the North London club from Rennes.
However, M'Vila's behaviour off the pitch was deemed unworthy by manager Arsene Wenger, and the player decided to make a surprise move to Rubin Kazan in January 2013.
According to The Daily Express, Kazan boss Rinat Bilyaletdinov looks set to allow the sale of the 23-year-old in the summer, as he is surplus to requirements at the club, and this could tempt the North London outfit into making a renewed attempt to secure the Frenchman's services, considering the problems faced by the club in the holding midfield department this campaign.
