Everton are understood to be interested in acquiring the signature of Sevilla striker Carlos Bacca in the summer.

The Toffees manager Roberto Martinez is believed to be keen on adding top-class striker for the next campaign and considers the 27-year-old as one of his top targets during the summer transfer window.

 

With on-loan striker Romelu Lukaku unlikely to join the Toffees on a permanent deal next season unless the club earn a top-four finish, the signing of the talented Colombian international could be the right choice given his relative small release clause of £9m.

 

Bacca has scored 14 goals in 24 La Liga appearances for Sevilla this season.
