Hamburg to complete deal for Djourou

03 April 2014 - 00:29

German side Hamburg will complete a move to sign Arsenal defender Johan Djourou on a permanent deal in the summer. The player will move in a 2.5 million Euro package deal.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao

  • Djourou has spent the season on loan at the Bundesliga side and is now reportedly ready to move away from the Emirates on a permanent deal.

The 27-year-old struggled under Arsene Wenger at the Emirates and had been sent away on regular loan deals in recent season.

For that reason, Djourou has decided to make a move elsewhere and will move to Germany on a permanent deal at the end of the season.
