Bayern Munich midfield star Toni Kroos has revealed to his friends that he would be open to a summer switch to Manchester United.

The German international has been associated with a switch to the Manchester giants over the past few months, and a recent report claimed the Red Devils were lining up a record bid of £40m for his services this summer.

 

The Mirror claims that Kroos has privately indicated that he wants to join the reigning Premier League champions after being disillusioned with life in Germany, following fierce competition for a regular role in the first-team at the Bavarian outfit.

 

Adding to that, the report claims that the 24-year-old could be offered a weekly wage structure of around £200,000 at United.
