Chelsea seal deal for Atletico star

Chelsea have reportedly agreed a £32m transfer fee with La Liga giants Atletico Madrid for the signing of Diego Costa this summer, according to Sky Sports.

Coast has been long linked with a switch to the Blues, but reports had claimed recently that the Basque club were keen on keeping hold of their star striker for atleast another season.

 

However, Sky Sports claims that the two parties have come to an agreement over transfer, but a formal announcement could be delayed until the conclusion of World Cup finals in Brazil this summer.

 

Costa has notched up 36 goals in all competitions for Atleti this season.
