  • Di Canio struggled in the English top flight but is a cult hero at Celtic, a team for whom he played and enjoyed a successful spell.

Di Canio's agent Phil Spencer confirmed that a Celtic move would be interesting for his client.

"Paolo would be keen to speak to Celtic," Spencer said.

"He played for the club and he certainly has a good relationship with the fans.

"There has been no contact between Paolo and the club. But if there was, it's something he would consider."
