Schuster rues missed chance

Real Madrid's boss Bernd Schuster has rued the missed chance of qualification the Spanish side have missed out on. Real Madrid now go into the game with Lazio needing a result to qualify for the next round.

"Now our situation is a bit more complicated than we would have liked. We have had two games to earn the points that we need and we have not been able to do it," Schuster said.



"We have to now do it at home and that is an advantage that we have to take.



"It is not only important that we qualify, but also that we finish first in the group, because when you see the other groups it is crucial.



"Werder Bremen are a team that, despite having suffered this season, never give up."
