Manchester United's out-of-favour winger Bebe is open to a move back to the Primeira Liga with Benfica next season.
Bebe has failed to make any kind of impact since joining the Red Devils in the summer of 2010. The former Portugal Under-21 international will surely end his fruitless tenure at Old Trafford with manager Louis van Gaal open to letting the player leave the club during the summer transfer window.
This is what Bebe had to say on the transfer speculation linking him with Benfica:"I think that it would be a good opportunity for me.For now, I will wait for my agent to resolve it. He will certainly know better than I do whether it's true or not."
"Of course it would be a great opportunity for me. Maybe I could play more and they could rely on me more. I think it would be a unique opportunity."
It is understood that Bebe could still be offered as part of any potential offer for winger Nicolas Gaitan.Â
