Burnley coach Sean Dyche has ruled out a move for forward Troy Deeney at his current price. The newly promoted Premier League club were quoted £8 million for the Watford striker.
Sean Dyche is in need of new players and had reportedly been quoted a large fee for Deeney, but instead the Burnley coach has announced that talk of a move for the prized striker is unlikely.
Dyche quipped: "I am not sure where they have got that from and I don't know what club they think we are.
"He is among many players I admire but we have a certain brief. We can't spend £8m on players, I assure you."
