Atletico Madrid are reportedly keen on sealing a deal for Chelsea forward and World Cup winner Andre Schurrle this summer, The Mail reports.
The German international joined the Blues from Bayer Leverkusen last summer for a fee of around £18m.
He featured in 30 games for the West London club last season, with half of those coming from the bench.
According to The Mail, the 23-year-old is open to a switch from Stamford Bridge, as he aims to feature regularly in the starting line-up at a new club.
The report also suggests that Atleti have opened up negotiations with the Blues over the potential transfer of the talented striker.
Schurrle notched up three goals for his nation during their victorious World Cup campaign.
