Esteban Cambiasso has touched down in Leicester this morning to discuss a potential transfer to the newly promoted Premier League side. The Foxes have apparently prepared a two year contract for the Argentine.

The defensive midfielder had been locked in talks with numerous other teams but has instead decided to find a new challenge in the English Premier League.

Cambiasso, who had an option to stay in Italy with Genoa and with Lazio, has apparently agreed a 45,000 GBP a week deal with Nigel Pearson's side.
