Juventus look set to rival Chelsea for the signature of Atletico Madrid defender Diego Godin
The Blues had been linked with a move for the Uruguayan international over the summer until the defender revealed of his desire to stay at the Basque club.
Reports now reveal that Juventus will make their move for the talented centre-back when the transfer window reopens in January.
However, they will have to face a bidding war from Chelsea, who are keen on making a renewed offer for the player's services.
Juventus are currently top of the Serie A.
