West Ham suffer Diafra Sakho injury blow

26 October 2014 - 23:49

West Ham United could receive a huge blow with reports claiming that striker Diafra Sakho could be ruled out of action for a month through injury.

  • Man Utd without four players for Bournemouth clash
  • Liam Rosenior on Enzo Fernandez's Chelsea future
  • The Senegalese forward has been the top performer for the Hammers this season, and has scored six goals in his last six appearances for the club, thereby breaking the Premier League record.

Sakho was subbed off during the last minute of the club's 2-1 win over Manchester City with a shoulder injury and The Mirror reports that the 24-year-old could be ruled out for up to a month through the injury.

The Hammers have had a great start to their league campaign, and currently find themselves fourth in the standings.
