Portuguese international Nani could reportedly return to Old Trafford in January, according to Goal.com.
The 27-year-old was considered surplus to requirements at the start of the campaign, and was shipped off for the season on loan to former club Sporting Lisbon in exchange for summer signing Marcos Rojo.
However, Goal.com claims that United boss Louis van Gaal has been impressed by the player's spell at the Primeira Liga outfit, and is now considering a recall for the talented winger.
Nani has scored six goals in 13 games for Sporting this season.
