Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate has called on his Boro side to continue to build on their form after their superb 2-1 win over Arsenal last weekend. Boro have now moved out of the relegation zone.

He said: "We know we have got a lot of younger players who will be a bit inconsistent in their play, but at least now we have remembered how to win.



"When you have a spell of 11 games without winning, there's a danger you think you can't win.



"I have always maintained I believe anything is achievable in life and we showed that against Arsenal last week.



"The danger for us is that we view Derby as anything easier than Arsenal, because it will not be.



"Their mindset will be different, their preparation will have been different and we are going away.



"It is not a challenge we should fear, but certainly it is one we have to be ready for."
