Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has admitted that it will be very hard to find a player that suits the club in the winter transfer window.
Recent reports revealed that the Dutchman could be forced to enter the transfer market in the New Year, following injuries to several first-team players.
However, Van Gaal has now insisted that it is very difficult to find players of top quality in January, and the club will not spend any penny on transfers.
"I don't think that he has said he should not buy. I think he has said that in January it's very difficult to buy players who are good enough for the quality of Manchester United and because of that we are not buying and I agree with that," He said.
Manchester United face Arsenal at the Emirates in the Premier League today.
