Burnley are hoping to agree a fee for Bournemouth midfielder Andrew Surman. The former Norwich City player is looking for a return to the Premier League.
The 28-year-old is reportedly Burnley's top transfer target in the January transfer window. Surman, who spent some of last season on loan at Bournemouth before eventually agreeing a permanent deal in the summer; is apparently allowed to leave his current club for a fee of around 2 million pounds. The former England under 21 international has reportedly instructed his agent to help push for an exit away from the Cherries.
