West Bromwich Albion coach Alan Irvine wants to bring former Arsenal defender Johan Djourou back to England. The Swiss is currently playing for Hamburg SV.
The centre back, who plays as vice captain at the Bundesliga side, is open to a move back to England and can reportedly leave on a loan transfer in January. WBA coach Irvine wants to bolster his squad for the next half of the club's league campaign and hopes to add at least two defenders to his squad. Djourou has 18 months remaining on his deal at the German club.
