David de Gea wants Man Utd stay

Manchester United shot-stopper David de Gea is eager to sign a new deal at the club, The Sun claims.

  • The Spain international joined United from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2011 and since then been a regular in the first-team setup at Old Trafford.

    Recent reports have linked the 24-year-old with a switch to Real Madrid at the end of the season, but according to The Sun, De Gea has told his close friends that he wants to remain at the Mancunian giants in years to come.

    De Gea has made 149 appearances for United.
