Juventus are inching closer to a deal for Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata, according to a report.
The Spain international has retained his place in the starting line-up in recent weeks mainly due to an injury to star midfielder Angel di Maria.
However, with Di Maria back to full fitness, Mata is likely to sit on the bench waiting for game-time.
According to Futbol_Mercado, Juve are confident of sealing a deal to bring the talented midfielder to the Serie A during the winter transfer window.
Juve are currently top of the Serie A.
