The African striker failed to cement his place in the first-team on a regular basis this season, with manager Roberto Martinez favouring Steven Naismith and record-signing Romelu Lukaku ahead of him in the pecking order.



The Mail reports that the former Barca star has agreed to join the Serie A outfit on a two-and-a-half year deal, following a dreadful spell with the Toffees.



Eto'o could be in line to face former club Inter Milan in the Coppa Italia on Wednesday.
