Charis Mavrias has returned to his former club Panathinaikos on loan today. The young winger failed to force his way into the Black Cats' first team and manager Gus Poyet has decided to let the player leave on loan.

  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • PAO have an option to sign Mavrias on a permanent deal at the end of the season and an agreement is already in place for a fee of approximately 4 million euros.
