Martin Demichelis to sign Man City deal

Argentinian defender Martin Demichelis will agree a new contract at Man City. Manager Manuel Pellegrini is confident the veteran defender is capable of playing for another season at the highest level.

Demichelis will see his current contract through until the end of this campaign and then put pen to paper on a new deal. The 34-year-old has helped guide Man City to the top of the league table this season.
