Championship side Derby County are hopeful of signing up Manchester United striker James Wilson on loan for the remainder of the campaign.
The talented Englishman is believed to have a great future ahead of him at Old Trafford.
However, there have been reports that Wilson could be sent on loan next season, such that he gets an opportunity to improve on his game.
According to Derby Telegraph, The Rams boss Steve McClaren is keen on signing the young striker on a temporary basis before the loan transfer window closes next Thursday.
Derby are currently fifth in the Championship.
