Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has given the green light to launch a fresh offer for Borussia Dortmund star IIkay Gundogan, according to a report.
The German international was on the radar of the Gunners at the start of the season, but the North Londoners failed with a £18.4m bid for his services.
According to Kicker, Wenger is keen on having the midfielder onboard for the next campaign, and will make a renewed bid for the 24-year-old.
