The Ghana international has been in top form for the Bundesliga outfit this season, and this has attracted interest from the likes of Manchester United, and Manchester City in recent weeks.

However, French source L'Equipe claims that the Blues have joined the chase and ready to make an initial offer of around £11m for the player's signature.

The talented full-back has earned 11 caps for Ghana till date.
