West Ham United are believed to be in talks with the agent of Andre Ayew regarding a possible move to the club this summer.

According to The Sun, the Hammers have met up with the 25-year-old's agent, and are confident that they can seal a deal for his services.

Ayew has scored 13 goals for his club this season.
