The Colombian international has been in the fringes of the first-team ever since his arrival to Stamford Bridge last winter.

According to The Mirror, the Nerazzurri are well aware of his success in Italy, and are eager to seal a deal for his services in the upcoming transfer window.

A fee of around £26m could be sufficient to tempt the Blues into offloading the talented winger this summer.
