Norwich City chasing Carl Jenkinson deal

Norwich City have made Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson one of their top transfer priorities this summer. The Canaries are looking to add defensive mettle to their squad in time for the new season.

Jenkinson spent last campaign on loan at West Ham, but the Hammers begrudgingly will have to rule out a deal for the right back as the Upton Park outfit have been unable to agree terms with Arsenal. Norwich City are confident that they can lure the full back to Carrow Road on a season long loan deal and that Arsenal will accept a significant payment for the loan transfer of the defender. Sunderland and Everton are also known to be interested in the right sided defender.
