Carl Jenkinson could be headed for another season out on loan. The Arsenal right back is wanted by Sunderland for the upcoming league campaign.

The full back spent last season on loan at the Hammers but the East London side have been unable to agree a fee with the Gunners for a permanent transfer for the defender. The talented right back has so far failed to force his way into the Emirates Stadium club's first XI and the recent emergence of Hector Bellerin is sure to make Jenkinson's chances of regular action even more unlikely. The defender has two years remaining on his Arsenal contract.
