Liverpool will reportedly accept a third offer from Manchester City for Raheem Sterling.
The Reds are believed to have rebuffed bids of £25m and £40m from the Mancunian giants for their star winger.
However, The Independent cites that the Merseysiders will be open to a third bid from the Citizens, should they come up with an offer more than £40m.
Reports elsewhere claim that Sterling could be forced to remain at Anfield next season, should he fail to clinch a summer move to the Etihad.
