Premier League duo Everton and Swansea City could fight it out for the services of Watford captain Troy Deeney during the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old scored 21 goals in 43 Championship games, as he guided the Hornets to the English top tier after a nine-year wait.
Reports cite that the Toffees will offer as much as £20m to tempt the Premier League newcomers in to the player's sale this summer.
It is added that Swansea City are also monitoring the player's transfer proceedings.
