The Turkey international is expected to make way from Atleti this summer, according to his agent.

It was recently reported that the talented enforcer was in talks with three or four clubs over a summer switch.

The Mail now claims that Turan is eager to join the Blues in the summer transfer window.

However, the Blues would have to pay a fee of at least £29m to seal a deal for the 28-year-old.
