Arda Turan dispels Barcelona rumours

Atletico Madrid midfielder Arda Turan has insisted that he has not made contact with Barcelona regarding a summer transfer.

The Turkey international has been recently reported to have agreed a five-year deal with the Catalan giants.

However, Turan has now revealed via twitter that reports of him signing a contract with Barca are 'false'.

"There has been a lot of talk about me but the information which has been published is false. I am on holiday, relaxing." he tweeted.

The 29-year-old has recently admitted his desire to leave the Basque outfit during the summer transfer window.
