The Turkey international is expected to leave Atleti this summer, as he seeks a fresh challenge in his career.

Reports in Spain cite that United will look to sign the talented midfielder this summer, and are willing to offer a huge contract to lure him to Old Trafford.

However, the 29-year-old is believed to be keen on a move to league rivals Chelsea, and will weigh up his options in the upcoming week.

La Liga giants Barcelona are also in the race to sign the Turkish midfielder.
